8 Week Course - Autumn Term

What will this course involve?  Mindfulness techniques & Mindful movement;

  • How to relax
  • Yoga poses for strength & balance
  • Yoga poses for confidence
  • Games & exercises to encourage imagination,
  • Self-awareness and critical thinking
  • Breathing techniques

In Week 8 a Calm Space Club Certificate of Completion and Achievement will be awarded!
