About Our Kids Club

Yoga is good for the mind and the body and teaches children to relax and feel less stressed whilst boosting their mood and giving them more energy. An added bonus is that yoga has been shown to improve academic performance giving your kids a head start! 


Our Autumn Term Kids Club explored a range of different activities, giving each child the opportunity to express their creativity and imagination in a way which nurtured their mind and body!
